Su Li never imagined she would see Lu Shen again!
The world is neither so big nor so small. Just like now: Lu Shen stood quietly before her, his expression indistinct through the thin curtain of rain.
She wore glasses, so pretending not to see him was impossible. She could only look back at him. He said nothing, and she did not speak first. The two of them stood locked in silence.
The rain grew heavier, and the drops stung as they struck her. She had never been very patient. After waiting a long while and seeing that he still said nothing, she figured he had nothing to say to her after all. She turned and walked away. They shouldn't have met again in the first place!
She had taken only a few steps when she heard footsteps drawing closer behind her. It was him! Even after all these years apart, she still remembered everything about him. She couldn't tell anyone else's footsteps apart, nor did she want to, but his were different. She could recognize them without even trying. She used to find that strange, but later she supposed it was because she had cared for him so deeply that, after all these years, she still remembered his footsteps clearly. Whatever the reason, he had sunk deep into her very bones and could never be erased. Lost in thought, she suddenly realized she had inexplicably turned around. She was just about to face him when he suddenly pulled her into his arms. His soaked shirt still carried the familiar scent. She struggled to break free, but heard his low, hoarse voice above her head: "Momo, I've missed you so much!"
Momo, I've missed you so much!
It's so sad to say that I've been waiting for so long to get this little bit.
