Sword and Fairy: My Tenant Xu Changqing

The girl is a Mary Sue with a ditzy streak. She's petty, doesn't work, and loves things like makeup, skincare, and BL (especially BL). She doesn't have a job. After graduating from university, she couldn't find a suitable career, and ended up stuck between aiming too high and settling for too little. She owns a small two-bedroom apartment in S City, a place that could be called a thriving metropolis. She's short on cash, so she decides to rent out her apartment. The Earth Immortal is a beautiful, upright, powerful nonhuman who has lived in seclusion in the mountains for over a thousand years. Unable to stand the hustle and bustle after his secluded mountain home was developed into a tourist attraction, he flees to the city, hoping to hide in plain sight and live like an ordinary person. The Earth Immortal doesn't need to eat or drink, so he doesn't need money, and therefore doesn't need to work. He can simply stay home and cultivate his character. The Earth Immortal is broke, so all he can afford is to share a small two-bedroom apartment with someone. When the ditzy girl meets the Earth Immortal, she accidentally eats the demon's core he left in the fridge... When the beautiful, upright Earth Immortal meets the girl, he suddenly remembers a tenant from a long time ago... What if the city's demons and spirits, just as they did back then, catch the scent of a Five-Spirit Immortal body and begin to stir?
