After transmigrating, Su Nian opens a pastry shop beneath the old banyan tree in Nancheng and names it "Xun."
She makes a living by seeking flavors, and spends her life searching for someone.
Su Nian: "If you were separated from the person you depended on most, how long would you search for them?"
She doesn't know. The person she's searching for is right beside her.
Shen Yanzhou: "Have you ever had a secret you had to bury for life, one you could never tell anyone?"
He has. He's decided to keep it from her forever.
An old dream, nothing more. No need to speak of where it leads.
Theme: May every search find an answer, and may every unspoken love be met with tenderness.
