[A human girl becomes Ariadne, abandoned at sea by Theseus]
Dionysus, traveling the mortal world in the form of a beautiful young man, is captured by pirates and dragged aboard their ship. Losing patience with the game, he turns the pirates into dolphins and tosses them into the sea, only to spot a human girl in a little boat drifting across the water. She has two souls?
Curiosity draws him closer to the girl.
Interesting, but none of his business.
Just as Dionysus is about to leave, the girl grabs hold of his robe.
Dionysus is about to pry her fingers loose when the little boat lurches violently, and his crown, imbued with divine power, falls onto the human girl's head.
Dionysus discovers that whenever he takes the crown off her, the human girl's soul starts to leave her body, fading into fragments.
Dionysus just wants his crown back!
But when he can finally take the crown back, Dionysus no longer wants it.
He only hopes that his grapevine crown, the one that belongs to him, can stay on the human girl's head forever.
Never to be removed.
The girl opens her eyes during her journey, only to find a crown pressed onto her head.
Having received a good education from a young age, she knows you can't just take things from someone else, especially a god. She could get in trouble for that!
She is just about to return the crown when her back and legs start to ache, and soon every part of her hurts.
Frightened, she quickly puts it back on. Her body miraculously recovers, and she feels like she could run a marathon.
But when she turns around, the god who saved her is standing there, holding a huge platter of fruit and gazing at her with a wounded expression.

I searched for ages but couldn't find a suitable nickname for Ariadne. Her name is just so long!
