Ace Agent Simulator

Everyone in the theater knew Shen Xin was Lin Jian's most devoted, and only, fan. She never missed a single performance, and even remembered exactly which scenes he had performed half a beat early.

The day the theater went bankrupt, Shen Xin unexpectedly bonded with the [Ace Agent Simulator], which let her simulate different careers and inherit their experience and cards.

At first, she was a fan who chased after Lin Jian's performances. Later, she became his agent, finding him roles, negotiating projects, and producing shows, helping him rise from an overlooked bit-part actor to bigger stages.

She stood by Lin Jian as he went through rejection after rejection and finally made it to the stage. Along the way, she went from only thinking, "How can I help him improve?" to truly learning how to bring a production to the stage.

She took on more and more projects and signed more and more actors. The superfan who once had eyes only for Lin Jian finally had a career and ambitions of her own.

Lin Jian was the one who found it hardest to adjust.

Once, Shen Xin had arranged her schedule around his performances. Now it was his turn to ask:

"What time are you done today?"

After an event one day, Shen Xin was checking the next day's schedule while Lin Jian waited beside her for ages.

"Do you need something?"

"Yes."

"What?"

"To get in line."

Shen Xin looked up. "In line for what?"

Lin Jian glanced at the packed schedule on her phone.

"To book Agent Shen's time."

Shen Xin froze for two seconds.

"...Didn't you used to hate me following you around every day?"

Lin Jian smiled.

"So now it's my turn."

At first, all she wanted was to make sure one person had a "next show."

Later, she wanted everyone to have a next show.
