COD II: Delusion

*The blurb is a mess, so here's a heads-up about potential pitfalls.

After enjoying all kinds of delicious fic, I decided to start writing my own based on my preferences. (The consequences of the algorithm hunting me down.) // I really am the kind of person who loses interest after three minutes. (Runs away.) //

I looked up a lot of material, but couldn't get the timeline straight at all, so I'm planning to make up some details, like joint operations (the general setup will follow the plot of 141). // I'll put some extra pressure on Captain Price, haha. (Generating bad ideas.) // The worldbuilding combines the settings of various British and American TV shows.

I might not do a great job interpreting the characters' personalities, so apologies in advance. Please point out anything that feels off, and I'll rework it, but don't beat up the chef, okay? (Covered in bruises.jpg.) // I'm not very good with languages either, so I looked up all the translations. Feel free to point out any mistakes or inaccuracies. // I hope you enjoy reading! // Also, some things to avoid in otome-style fiction.

I'm not good at describing combat, so this will be a slower-paced, slice-of-life story. // Also, because of some occupational details, there will be a story within the story.
