The Automatic Time Machine

From the moment Zhi Mi can remember, she's been hunted by a bunch of rabbits carrying umbrellas. Put another way, she's lost her memory.

The person who found her took her to a place called the Odd Jobs Shop, where she met a guy with curly hair.

She met him, and even took him in: a guy with curly hair.

Zhi Mi gets a memory-recovery System. It tells her to find her memories or it'll kill her. How scary!

System: Slander! Defamation!

The System says every memory she collects earns her a random, generous reward. She wonders what it'll be, only to get one time machine after another! And they're all vending-machine models! Every time she uses one, it gets smashed right into her forehead!!

Zhi Mi: What kind of time machine works like that? And didn't you say the rewards were random? Why do I keep getting time machines? I want a refund!

The System says rewards cannot be returned or exchanged once issued.

Zhi Mi: .

With no other choice, she has to use the time machines to rush all over the place. At first, she only keeps hopping back and forth along the long timeline of history. But things get more and more outrageous, until her work takes her to other worlds, and somehow she ends up bringing a tagalong with her.

That tagalong is so clingy. Her curly-haired companion seems to come alive, wrapping himself tightly around her and following her along. So she has no choice but to bring him with her.

Curly Hair: What do you mean, “her curly hair seems to come alive and cling tightly to her”?! And what do you mean, “no choice but to bring him along”? Are you really that reluctant? Really, really that reluctant? It's fine! Even if you are, I'll still cling to you for dear life, you jerk! I'll even keep my eyes open and watch you while you sleep!

Curly Hair is the main love interest, but the heroine has several one-sided admirers.

And there's only one tagalong.

Theme: Love and peace save the world. Over.
