## Synopsis
In the middle of the Warring States period, the State of Wei dominates while the State of Qin is weak. Wei Yang, a collateral descendant of the State of Wei, has spent five years serving as a junior official in Wei's chancellor's residence. Carrying a piece of jade, he travels west and enters the city of Liyang.
Waiting to receive him is a young ruler who has only just ascended the throne.
