First, stay away from plants shaped like tentacles, vines, and the like.
Second, don’t get curious about strange sounds in rooms or objects with distorted shapes.
Third, be wary of humans who are exceptionally beautiful or have perfect figures.
Li Mi is transmigrated as a baby into a restricted novel, becoming the fifth princess in a magical world.
To avoid becoming part of their play, she works diligently and lives cautiously until she turns eighteen. Oh, an age that brings its own problems.
On her first day as an adult at the Intermediate Magic Academy, Li Mi surveys her class and can’t find a single normal person she can get close to. Then she spots a glasses-wearing germaphobe huddled in a corner. He’s dressed in a black robe like a religious devotee, wearing a cross and white gloves. His bangs cover most of his face, and he looks timid and self-conscious.
Li Mi chooses him as her deskmate and tentatively reaches out to shake his hand.
He glances at her through his glasses, smiles in a friendly way, and briefly touches her soft palm.
But after class, she discovers that his white glove has been thrown in the trash.
Time flies. Li Mi thinks she has found someone like herself in this world, and grows closer and closer to Eli. She begins encouraging him to be cheerful and outgoing, and to bravely embrace the world.
Eli remains restrained and reserved, always careful not to overstep. He only smiles and watches her, watches her, watches her...
Li Mi lets her guard down completely.
Until one day, an accident knocks his glasses off. A huge black dragon’s wings burst out of control, blotting out the sky before her eyes. Eli lifts his tear-soaked face, oblivious to her terror, and keeps kissing and caressing her, even wrapping them both in his wings.
Eli, Eli is a dragon...
Li Mi cuts off all contact with him and flees to the palace. She agrees to an arranged marriage and, after careful consideration, chooses a normal man. She accepts the estate he offers her and an engagement ring with a diamond the size of a pigeon’s egg.
But on the day of the engagement, the whole sky falls dark. The black dragon beats his wings and steals the bride away.
Eli smiles gently as he imprisons the bride in his castle and cruelly makes her cry. “I’ve caught you, Li Mi. You’re mine.”
1. A magical setting, leaning toward Western fantasy. I’ll look into which category it belongs in.
2. The blurb will be polished further, but the content won’t change.
Theme: Grow toward the sun
