[Cheerful, blunt, straightforward, and lame-legged bottom x a dignified lion, a cunning wolf, and a prickly leopard]
A Luo, a disabled demi-beastman by birth, wants a steady life with meat at every meal. He follows the example of others and finds himself three long-term meal tickets by sleeping with them.
He thought food shortages were the biggest challenge to survival, but a catastrophe descended with the rainy season.
Undying wanderers, mysterious black-robed figures, a fragmented temple map, and the lingering power of the Beast God.
The little demi-beastman sets off in a daze on the run, fleeing those hunting him.
Whatever conflicts and arguments they had in the tribe before, now everyone has to put their differences aside and stand together.
A Luo only wants to stay alive, yet he repeatedly saves his companions from desperate situations and reveals an astonishing talent for herbal medicine.
The old priest is overjoyed and pours his heart into teaching him everything he has learned in his life, hoping to give them a better chance of survival.
Even so, he cannot stop the tribe members from one by one returning to the Beast God's embrace.
The little demi-beastman takes up the bone staff that represents the position of priest, uses the fragmentary map to search for the temple ruins, and sounds the horn of counterattack.
The final battle begins, and the three meal tickets are the first to be hit: one injured, one maimed, and one worse off.
A Luo says: I can't do this job anymore!
A pure white orb of light that has somehow floated in front of him bobs back and forth. Without a second thought, he opens his mouth and swallows it.
The Beast God's power really is formidable. It destroys the black-robed figures, but nearly destroys A Luo along with them.
The little demi-beastman struggles to lean against the motionless great lion. He gives the one sacred fruit he has left to the silver wolf, who is badly wounded and near death, then gently strokes the snow leopard's face, smeared with blood and tears, and calmly waits to die.
As his consciousness scatters, a voice filled with an ancient aura rings in his mind, rambling on and on.
So noisy. A Luo's head aches from all the chatter. He only catches the last four words: one chance.
If it's a chance to fulfill a final wish, he really wants to return to the tribe, to his home...
[Reading Guide]
1. All the love interests are virgins. When the protagonist sleeps with them, they literally just sleep together, with no special meaning.
2. This is a beast world with gods. It contains lots of original worldbuilding. The protagonist is a native, with no System and no pocket dimension.
3. The story focuses on the plot. There is no bickering or rivalry among the love interests; you can think of them as the protagonist's three bodyguards.
4. This is a repost of an old story with a continuation. The official version is exclusive to Jinjiang. It has been substantially revised, so the official version takes precedence. (The old version had over 40,000 words, but fewer than 20,000 are expected to remain after revisions, making this effectively a new story.)
