Becoming the Imperial Preceptor in Northern Wei [The Emperor's Favorite Consort]

Su Lingyi, who works part-time at a cultural and creative goods store, is forced to bind herself to a System and becomes a Host. The System tells her they must correct the course of history in a parallel world and change Emperor Xiaowen of Northern Wei, Yuan Hong's fate.

For the sake of a mansion and her dream of marrying a rich woman, Su Lingyi puts up with it.

In the Northern Wei era, there is an emperor named Yuan Hong with plenty of worries. The Rouran in the north are watching like tigers, Southern Qi in the south is waiting for an opening, and inside the country, Sinicization has stirred up deep tensions between the Xianbei and Han people.

Working hand in hand with the System, Su Lingyi overcomes one challenge after another. Farm tools and improved crop seeds, better papermaking techniques, weapons and firearms: she brings them all out in turn to help Yuan Hong solve his problems, and then, along the way, wins the emperor himself.

Yuan Hong: Beauty, would you like to be my imperial preceptor?

Yuan Hong: Beauty, would you like to be my consort?

Su Lingyi doesn't like having to choose between two options. She's good at choosing both.

But there's an empress above the noble consorts.

Yuan Hong, summoning Feng Qing: Empress, go home.

Feng Qing, expressionless as she accepts the order, inwardly grinning in a disturbing way: As long as Feng Run isn't the one who kicks me off the empress's throne, I'm fine.

Feng Run, passing by quietly: Don't @ me.

The consorts of the six palaces, gazing back at the distant palace walls: We've been dismissed. Let's all go home.

Southern Qi and the Rouran, trembling: Stay away!
