The Overpowered Male Lead Went Out of Character

Just after dying, Bai Jingxu became a low-level employee at the Quick Transmigration Bureau. The System asked if he wanted to work. If he didn't, it could send him back to keep being dead. Bai Jingxu decided that a bad life was better than no life at all. He would enter the worlds of novels and become the original male supporting characters, the sharpening stones for the domineering male leads in their early days, responsible for honing their blades until they shone. He was still getting the hang of things in the first world, though, and kept forgetting he was on a mission, causing his character to go OOC. Bai Jingxu: [System, I went OOC. Am I going to be punished?] System: [Host, we're a legitimate company. We just need to make sure this world runs normally. This little issue isn't a problem.] But later, the plot point where the male supporting character was supposed to die never happened. Bai Jingxu stayed alive and well, and the domineering male lead even gave him plenty of valuable gifts. Bai Jingxu asked the System, completely baffled: [Weren't we mortal enemies before? Is it really okay for the male lead to go OOC?] The System replied seriously: [It's fine, Host. We just need to keep things on track overall.] Bai Jingxu wondered, Could they really keep things on track? The two went down the mountain together to gain experience. Bai Jingxu accidentally inhaled the Aphrodisiac Incense of the Hehuan Sect and became delirious with desire. Just as the male lead lost control, touched his face, and leaned in… System: [!!!!!!!] The System nearly exploded on the spot. It urgently recalled its Host and then cured him of the poison. The System wiped away sweat it didn't actually have. That was close. An employee of the Quick Transmigration Bureau had almost been molested by a character from a novel. The domineering male lead, who had just been about to get close to the person he loved… His eyes roiled with fury. Through gritted teeth, he swore, “I’ll find Bai Jingxu, no matter where in heaven or on earth he’s hiding!” Theme: Believe in the beauty of life and foster a healthy, positive outlook.
