Chen Wushuang, a boy from Pujiacun, was meant to be like his father, gripping a wooden plane and spending his whole life among wood shavings.
But one calamity after another suddenly struck...
He sought answers from the blacksmith Niu Zhong, and chanced upon the scholar Pu Songling in a blue robe.
From them, he learned of the vast and distant jianghu, and all its wonders.
He also learned that the Three Realms were as vast as the sea, harboring heroes, demons and ghosts, and monsters wearing human skin.
He resolved to set out and see it all for himself, fulfilling the jianghu dream he'd held since childhood.
A lifetime of youthful passion, and a heart true and pure.
Theme: Set out and seek the truth of the jianghu with your own heart.
