A road-trip story, a food story
Half a story about raising a child, half a story about raising a pet
One-line blurb:
It's an Eastern fantasy tale about an ageless witch and a werewolf, the story of Tao Ming'an and Huai.
A more formal blurb:
Tao Ming'an found a tiny life beneath a locust tree.
It had a human head and a goat's body, with tiger's teeth. It was obviously a little monster.
No matter. She was half a monster herself.
A monster finding a little monster was perfectly normal.
With that thought, Tao Ming'an took the little monster home.
.
She just hadn't expected the little monster to grow so quickly, getting bigger and bigger until it suddenly became a great monster.
It had an intimidating presence and a fearsome appearance.
The monsters around them were wary of him, so Tao Ming'an decided to leave with the great monster.
They crossed mountains and seas, gazed at the stars, and met all kinds of people and encountered all sorts of things, marveling at life's unpredictability.
As she had in the past, Tao Ming'an stroked the great monster's fluffy head, let out a happy breath, and felt relieved that he hadn't changed.
The great monster heard her, rumbled over, and stole a kiss while she wasn't looking.
Tao Ming'an yelped. All right, he had changed a little after all!
- The setting is ancient times, with elements from the Classic of Mountains and Seas and monsters.
- That's right, the protagonists are the two guests from the fluffy nonhuman fantasy story next door.
- The blurb will be revised further.
