Synopsis:
During her senior year of college, Chu Qinglan landed an internship as a private tutor through a classmate’s introduction.
The job was easy: she only had to give her employer’s son two French lessons a week to earn a generous salary.
Her student had a strikingly clean-cut face, eyes dark as inkstones, and high, defined brows. Most captivating of all were his beautiful, flirtatious eyes, always fixed on her, following her everywhere, and glistening like a puppy’s.
He didn’t like calling her Teacher. He preferred to call her Big Sister.
“Big Sister, I’ve learned this word. Can I have a reward?”
“Big Sister, can you stay with me a little longer?”
Later, their teacher-student relationship came to an end.

He caught her hand and pressed it to his other cheek. “This side too.”
Chu Qinglan said, “It was just for fun. Don’t take it seriously.”
Cen Yuchuan wrapped an arm around her waist, his voice husky. “Can those guys serve you better than I can, Big Sister?”
Before she could answer, he lowered his head and kissed her.
A sharp sting touched her lips as she heard him say, “If you raise a dog, you raise it for life. Don’t you agree, Big Sister?”
“A puppy’s love is passionate and one of a kind.”

1. Both leads are each other’s first and only. Happy ending. Three-year age gap. When they got together, she was 22 and he was 19, both adults. They did not date while their teacher-student relationship was ongoing.
