In Heisei 11, neon lights flickered through the Lost Two Decades, but none of it had anything to do with the children Shiozaki Sakuya and Shiozaki Kotone. They carried on with their lives in Tatsumi as usual. Their spring-break family trip was as wonderful as ever, taking them to beautiful places beyond Toshima and Tatsumi.
In Heisei 21, the aftershocks of the falling stones entered the natural water cycle, and the tears of the past would become snow falling at winter’s end. Over those ten years, the Shiozaki siblings, whose lives had been disrupted by the aftershocks and who had been forced apart, were finally reunited. But the bubble of that year still held out its illusory promise of beauty.
A canon-leaning story about the Shiozaki siblings, following their true path, with plenty of personal headcanons.
