A Yang Guo x Guo Fu fanfiction
Setup:
One year after the Battle of Xiangyang, Xiaolongnu has passed away, and Yelü Qi has defected to the Mongols. Having come to understand his own feelings, Yang Guo returns to Xiangyang and rescues Guo Fu as she fights Mongolian soldiers.
Guo Fu has also come to understand her feelings, but she has always believed Yang Guo is deeply in love with Xiaolongnu. Wounded, she falls into Yang Guo's arms and loses consciousness. When she opens her eyes again, they have both returned to the Heroes' Gathering at Dasheng Pass.
How will things develop between them? When will they learn that the other has also returned from seventeen years in the future? And what fate awaits them on the Xiangyang battlefield this time?
I've been into Guo Fu lately, so I'm writing this fanfiction just for the love of it, to indulge in a little fun of my own. This is purely self-indulgent fanfiction, with no intention of offending anyone. Happy-ending direction.
