This is a helpless measure taken after I couldn't find any stories to my taste in today's JJ world, where melodramatic clichés are everywhere and silly characters abound, and after countless attempts left me shocked and embarrassed: I'll write my own story!
With writing quality declining these days, this idea has been on my mind for more than a year... But I'm rather lazy, and I love to daydream while dragging my feet when it comes to putting pen to paper. Still, things have gotten so dire that I can hardly read most of the stories on the rankings! There are good stories, too, but there aren't enough of them, and they aren't updated fast enough to keep up with my speed-reading... For the sake of my own sanity, I'll just have to do it myself.
I usually write essays or academic papers, so since this is my first time writing a novel, my style will probably be unsteady at first. And I have a personal rule: I have to revise my writing! Even Mr. Cao Xueqin
