[Golden retriever type] A big-shot CEO forced to act aloof because he's socially anxious × [Moon type] a warm, rational lawyer who believes only in evidence. Younger man, older woman. The male lead is hopelessly in love, while the female lead is a hopeless workaholic.
The sun reaches out to warm you. The moon only helps you see the path beneath your feet.
Jiang Tao was his moon.
Put another way, Jiang Tao was everyone's moon.
He once secretly rejoiced that he had caught the moon.
But the moonlight passed in an instant, and his moon left him.
He swallowed his feelings. The moon had never belonged to him alone.
When he met Jiang Tao again, she had become a lawyer who could stand on her own, and he was no longer an innocent, naive boy. Once again, he grew greedy and drew close to the moon.
But the moon left him again.
At that moment, he could no longer keep up appearances. His composure crumbled, and all he could do was beg the moon not to leave him.
At twenty, Jiang Tao thought her life was about to fall apart. Just then, moonlight lit the path ahead.
At thirty, Jiang Tao had become a law firm partner. Everyone she met said their life was about to fall apart, and she became the moon that lit their way.
Jiang Tao's life didn't fall apart, and neither would theirs.
They were simply lost in the fog. They only had to wait for the moonlight to shine through it, so they could see the path beneath their feet and realize that being happy in the present was enough.
