At eighteen, Gojo found a little white cat by the roadside.
Its fur was stained with blood, it was blind, and it had been cut in half at the waist. It had only a breath of life left.
Young Gojo: How could anyone treat a poor little kitty like this?!
He took the cat home.
He nursed it back to health, bathed it, bought it the finest treats, and paid for the most expensive spay...
Cat: ? (fur standing on end) (baring its teeth) (angrily smacking him in the face with its fluffy tail)
Young Gojo: ?
Why wasn't his Limitless working on the cat!

Young Gojo discovered a secret.
Whenever someone showed affection, understanding, or gratitude toward him or the cat, the cat's body recovered a little.
Its eyes gradually regained their sight, its internal injuries slowly healed, and its cursed energy began to gather.
Young Gojo: I get it!
So, with a wave of his hand, the world's hottest pet variety show, Cat Walk, appeared out of nowhere...
[Aaaaaah, this kitten is so cute, I want to smother it with kisses!]
[What color trash bag does Kikufuku like?~]
[Is it really okay for a kitty to educate a big tiger?]
[If I can't kiss the kitty, I can marry its owner instead!]
Young Gojo: ?
(whimpering) (vigorously rubbing the kitty's head) (getting smacked in the face by a cat paw)

Many animals in J Country once had to stay confined to tiny spaces, either as human pets or tourist attractions, or else roam the streets.
Until one day, a blue-eyed, white-furred cat barged in, bringing along a tall human litter-scooper and a whole crew of cameras.
From then on...
"Brothers and sisters! The boss has a mission for us: go fight curses!" (meow meow meow, yow yow yow, purr purr purr)

The old guard of the jujutsu world were very unhappy about the strongest sorcerer making such a fuss over having a pet.
But when elites from every profession joined forces to challenge them, they suddenly realized they had underestimated the power of people who care for animals...
The jujutsu world was about to be turned upside down!

This is the story of young Gojo and his legendary Gojo Cat taking a different path and driving change in the jujutsu world.
Gojo Cat will turn into a human later on.
Maybe, perhaps, possibly, it might be a narcissistic romance.
