(Kairos comes from ancient Greek and means the decisive moment.)
!!!
1. A short, gentle story
2. Slow burn, slow burn, slow burn
(No main plot, just the changing feelings of the protagonists)
3. Not a traditional road story. Mostly focused on atmosphere
When Yan Qingshi was thirty, a car accident took the lives of his family. It seemed that his own time had stopped along with their hearts.
Xiangxi was a place his family had decided to visit together long ago. He decided to make the trip alone and fulfill their promise.
As his journey through Xiangxi unfolded quietly, an unexpected encounter brought another traveler into Yan Qingshi's suspended world.
Jiang Xinghao took Yan Qingshi by the hand and led him, step by step, out of it...
Perhaps they weren't guides sent by fate, but kindred spirits resonating with each other.
Camus said that the sun in Algiers was so fierce that there was nowhere to hide from it, just like the truth.
Just like... fate.
If fate brought us together, please don't let it tear us apart.
Jiang Xinghao: "Yan Qingshi, leave your heart in Hubei. You have to move on."
Yan Qingshi: "Jiang Xinghao, your life is so long, but your regrets are so short."
Theme: Everyone has the right to choose whether or not to move on from the past.
