A demon hunter.
His motto in life: If I can lie down, I won't sit. If I can sleep, I won't hunt demons.
He has a senior brother above him and a junior sister below him, so there's no need for him to do the work.
So every day, he sneaks away from his master and senior sister-in-law to nap in a peach tree, or uses buying wine for his master's enjoyment as an excuse to slip down the mountain and wander around...
But his senior brother, Shen Shengdu, is his one and only nemesis. Every day he throws off the covers, kicks the side of the bed, and urges him to get up and draw talismans to exorcise demons. Even when Fuchun sneaks down the mountain, he always gets caught!
Shen Shengdu does two things every morning:
Look in the bronze mirror and admire himself.
Throw off the covers and drag his junior brother, Wen Fuchun, out of his dreams.
Wen Fuchun's greatest worry in life is never getting enough sleep. His greatest fortune is having someone to wake him up.
But later, his senior brother Shen Shengdu goes missing.
So the demon hunter Wen Fuchun and his junior sister Fang Zhixia decide to set up shop in the outside world and search for Shen Shengdu.
