[Completed manuscript, starts in September]
Playful, spoiled young master × Cool, self-deluding pursuer
Rich heiress × overpowered male lead
Jiang Liyu × Wen Chi
Jiang Liyu was known throughout the second-generation rich-kid circle as "the young lady." He had a pretty face, but a terrible temper.
He also kept a canary named Wen Chi.
A sick mother and a sister in school.
A luxury club, and him tilting his head back to down his drink.
So Jiang Liyu copied what he'd seen and slipped a hotel key card into Wen Chi's pocket.
He did nothing else. He was only supporting Wen Chi under that pretext.
His friends said he was doing charity work.
Jiang Liyu thought about it and decided they were right.
Wen Chi started cooking for him every day, learned massage techniques for him, and became his pillow at night. He even put up with every one of Jiang Liyu's bad moods.
Jiang Liyu could barely tell which of them was the one being kept anymore.
Then one night, Wen Chi asked him, "Are we dating?"
Jiang Liyu froze, then brushed him off. "Oh, come on. We'll talk when you have money."
"How much money counts?"
"You'd have to be at least as rich as my family."

Jiang Liyu didn't take Wen Chi's words seriously. A canary should know its place.
Until the paternity test was thrown in front of him.
Jiang Liyu was stunned. He wasn't their biological son!
The biological one was his canary, Wen Chi.
Overnight, he went from phoenix to barnyard chicken. One after another, his old friends came forward, all wanting to keep him as a pet.
Disgusting.
When Wen Chi offered him a card too, Jiang Liyu accepted it.
He hated the Jiang family, and he hated Wen Chi.
He wanted revenge.
At midnight, Jiang Liyu shook Wen Chi awake, demanding air-freighted seafood.
At three in the morning, Jiang Liyu pried Wen Chi's eyelids open and demanded a pair of sneakers just announced overseas.
At six in the morning, Jiang Liyu kicked Wen Chi out of bed and told him to get the newest parts installed in his sports car.
When Jiang Liyu got up, he saw a table full of live seafood, the sneakers by the door, and a brand-new sports car in the garage. He nearly choked.
Then he saw the injuries on Wen Chi and was so angry his eyes filled with tears.
"Are you insane, Wen Chi? If I told you to die, would you do that too?"
Wen Chi raised a hand to wipe the corner of his eye. "I'll do whatever you say. Don't cry."

Later, Wen Chi became a business magnate and took Jiang Liyu along to all kinds of events.
At first, everyone thought Jiang Liyu and Wen Chi hated each other to the depths of the sea, and that whenever they appeared together, there would be bloodshed.
Until one evening at a banquet.
Wen Chi knelt on one knee to put the young master's shoes on. The young master complained that the laces didn't look good, then stepped on Wen Chi's knee and said, "That looks bad. Tie them again."
Wen Chi didn't even furrow his brow. "All right. How about this?"
"Mm, not bad."
"Can your wife reward me with a kiss?"
Everyone who passed by, even the dogs, was too shocked to speak.
How did a blood feud end up in bed?
* Mildly everyone-loves-him, pure personal preference.
* The male lead isn't poor. He only earns enough to spend, then makes a fortune later because he needs to support his rich wife.
* When Yuyu brought him home: "Daddy, he's not some poor kid!"
His father and brother: ...
Theme: Love knows no social class.
