A Lover at Heart

First person / Two powerful leads / Scum, suave older top / Everyone's favorite / A love story steeped in hate / Love and hate each other / Scum top and scum bottom / Melodramatic angst / Urban

As the heir to a mining family worth tens of billions, Xing Yuan has two secrets. First, his only son is not related to him by blood. Second, despite being a fickle playboy who takes love lightly, he has someone hidden in his heart.

A first-person story with the top as the protagonist. The top is a truly rich, irresistible, scum suave older man, and there are several different types of love interests. Both the top and the bottom are scum, and everyone loves the top. Don't overthink the logic; this is pure wish fulfillment, so enter at your own risk.

Note: This is not a pick-your-love-interest story. I simply haven't decided on the main love interest's name yet, which is why I haven't included it. The characters' values do not represent the author's values; they're only there for the plot.

Theme: Getting close to you means getting close to pain; staying away from you means staying away from happiness.
