The Dream Song of the Time Bluebird

Yanyan, a first-year student at a magic school, failed the Little Witch Basic Exam and no longer wants to work hard at learning magic.

Deep in the forest, Yanyan makes a deal with the Time Bluebird, hoping to jump ahead to the age of eighteen.

The bluebird warns Yanyan that the cost of leaping through time is unknown and asks if she can bear it. Yanyan insists anyway.

The bluebird sings a song of time. Yanyan is enchanted by it, and when she wakes, she has become eighteen years old.
