Hidden Strategy

For some reason, Xu Cheng had no choice but to confess to Chi Yiran, whom he had never met. He thought that would be the end of it, but the two ended up sparking a romance.

"I thought I was deceiving you. Every day we were together, I kept thinking about how I could make it up to you. In the end... I was the naive one."

Only at the very end did he realize it had all been Chi Yiran's scheme.

"Anything can be fake. Love is the one thing that has to be real."
