[Important Notice]
I originally planned this as a roughly 100,000-word short story to practice my writing.
After writing six chapters, I started to get the feel for it, but I wasn't satisfied with the content.
After revising part of it, I've decided to make it longer, so I'm going to adjust it and repost it.
I'll revise the outline and flesh out the detailed plot outline before turning it into a complete long-form novel.
I'll also rewrite or heavily revise all the earlier chapters.
Once the new material is posted, I'll lock this version. You can just read the new one.
Thank you, everyone!
Blurb 1:
After being reborn, Mu Zhao discovered that his former self, frail and weak in combat, had suddenly stopped suffering from aches and pains, and his martial arts cultivation was advancing by leaps and bounds.
Great! Great!
Before Mu Zhao could laugh aloud and head out the door, he noticed a red mark on his wrist...
It was the same mark as the one on the chest of the great villain, the leader of the Demon Cult, who had ultimately been wiped out by the righteous martial arts sects in his previous life...
Also known as the Shared Fate Mark
Blurb 2:
After discovering that he shared his fate with the future leader of the Demon Cult, a notorious villain who would shake the entire martial world, Mu Zhao put everything he had into saving his own life...
He helped the villain, who was weak at first, improve his living conditions and escape hardship, while learning about the villain's deeper needs...
Whether there's a problem or not, he has to speak up. If there isn't one, he has to make one up. As long as he doesn't cultivate demonic arts or return to the Demon Cult, they can work it out...
At first, the villain remained cold and distant...
The harder Mu Zhao "tried," the stranger the villain's attitude toward him became...
In the end, the villain not only mastered demonic arts and returned to the Demon Cult, but also took Mu Zhao along with him...
Wait, wait, wait!
I'm trying to save your life (and mine), not court you!
[I'm finally back! This is a writing-recovery project, so please forgive any rough writing. I won't make it too long.]
Theme: Love life and stand up to fate.
