Perhaps it was fate. Lin Yi approached her first, and the two became acquainted. Whenever Cheng Yiyi felt down, she would come to the bar. Most of the time, she would just sit in a secluded corner and stare into space. Lin Yi would always comfort and care for her then. Sometimes Cheng Yiyi couldn't tell whether she relied more on Lin Yi or simply yearned more for love, but she no longer wanted to figure it out. She wanted to stay by Lin Yi's side forever. Lin Yi was so gentle and so good at keeping boundaries that Cheng Yiyi couldn't make out the subtle line between them. Under Lin Yi's tender advances, she gradually fell, sinking into the ocean that was Lin Yi, unable to pull herself out.
