[Jian Wang 3: Duan Clan Otome] A Startling Glimpse in the Shadows

After her father died, Chu Jinghong once thought she would never set foot in Dali again.

Then, on that rainy night, Duan Fangxun knocked on her door.

- As the title says, this is a Duan-clan otome story. Unless plans change, the male leads will be Duan Fangxun, Duan Yan, and Duan Yesheng. One woman with multiple love interests, so read with caution if that's not your thing.

- The heroine is a native of the Jian Wang 3 world and has her own backstory. She once had a military officer boyfriend, but he's gone now.

- There is a female version of Hong Yijun, in my interpretation, paired with He Xian.

- He Xian's time of joining the sect has been changed to when he was very young. You can think of it as a parallel universe.

- I dislike the Tianyu Palace and Mixiang-related settings, so the story may not portray them favorably. Read with caution if that bothers you.

- Some events and timeline details may conflict with the game's story. I've tried to dig through the game's lore, but there's so much of it, and it's so fragmented. The plot has also been adjusted, so just treat any contradictions as part of a parallel world.

- This is a story written for my own amusement, and some of its content may have questionable values. Read with caution if that's not your thing. Orz.

- The writing is purely stream of consciousness: I write wherever my thoughts take me. Updates are irregular. I'm starting with one story to see how it goes, since I still have old projects to finish. Orz.

- If you've found your way here, it must be fate. I hope you enjoy reading.
