“The only thing about death I regret is that I never got to die for love.”
Instance One: [The Sealed Island]
On a desolate island far from land stands an abandoned manor that has been empty for years.
Eight people are summoned there by a series of mysterious emails, only to find themselves trapped on the uninhabited island.
One by one, people begin to die in bizarre and gruesome ways.
Wen Shu spends the whole time terrified. When only two people remain on the island, she thinks they’re about to win, but then she mysteriously passes out.
When she wakes up, her clothes are gone. In their place is an elaborate, luxurious princess dress.
Wen Shu looks up in horror and sees the killer licking his lips as he watches her. “Kitten, you’re finally awake.”
I’ve been following you for a long time.
Instance Two: [The Underground Beast Arena]
Wen Shu wakes to a kiss. A lean, strong hand presses against her chest as the man slowly undoes the buttons of her pajamas one by one.
The System issues a severe warning in her mind: Host, do not go out of character. You must fulfill your duties as a wife.
At the same time, the man grabs her calf and casually drags her downward. The helpless, powerless Wen Shu is once again pinned beneath him.
He lightly brushes his thumb across the girl’s beautiful, full lips, then teases her with a smile. “Why are you so shy today?”
Wen Shu is a cat beastfolk with a severe physical defect. By all rights, she shouldn’t live past eighteen.
But Wen Shu looks at her neatly trimmed, rounded nails and her well-nourished, rosy face... Something is wrong. Very wrong.
After investigating, Wen Shu discovers the secret to her long life: her so-called husband has built an underground human beast farm devoted entirely to her.
Wen Shu stands in terror before a grave piled high with organs.
There is only one thought in her mind: He’s a lunatic.
Instance Three: [The Aristocratic Academy]
System: Host, you can slap him harder. Please stay in character.
Wen Shu rubs her reddened palm and looks at the tall, imposing man kneeling at her feet, on the verge of tears. But force is mutual! My hand hurts.
This time, Wen Shu is a vicious young heiress at an aristocratic academy. She takes pleasure in bullying commoners, especially the man kneeling at her feet, who never hits back or talks back.
The British aristocratic academy is extravagantly luxurious, with a rigid hierarchy.
But one day, the school’s lavish buildings vanish in an instant, replaced by dark towers reaching for the sky. Countless ghosts drift through the school.
The number 8499 appears in the sky, spelled out in blood-red clouds, and begins to count down.
Doors shut by themselves. Blankets are suddenly pulled away. Students spontaneously combust or jump from buildings...
Everyone suddenly realizes: the number is the total student population. Every time it drops by one, someone dies.
All order collapses in an instant, and everyone runs for their lives in a frenzy.
The man who had always knelt at Wen Shu’s feet, forever crawling in the dirt, suddenly pulls her into his arms and holds her there. He presses close to the girl’s ear and murmurs, “I can protect you.”
Wen Shu knows how awful the original owner was and feels guilty and frightened. “Y-you’re really that kind?”
“Of course. But I do expect something in return.”
“What kind of payment?”
As Wen Shu speaks, leaving her lips parted, the man kisses her without giving her a chance to refuse.
He says, “Protecting Mother is a puppy’s duty.”
World Four:
Reader’s guide:
* Lots of female-gaze content and female-favoring tropes.
* All male characters are sexually inexperienced, and their devotion is extremely intense.
* Romance and plot each make up fifty percent. This is not a traditional infinite-flow story. Don’t overanalyze all the details and logic. The story is, at heart, written to indulge the author’s kinks.
* The setting of Instance One was inspired by And Then There Were None.
Message: Cherish life.
