Two Enigmas and an Omega
Bai Yu was a recessive Omega with a very low chance of becoming pregnant.
Because of an agreement made by their ancestors, Bai Yu married Liao Yan, the younger of the Liao family's twin brothers.
Liao Yan disliked this soft, timid little Omega. If he had been given a choice, he would never have married Bai Yu.
Their married life was hardly happy. Bai Yu lived in the Liao family's ancestral home, and aside from perfunctory affection and a brief marking on their wedding night, Liao Yan rarely came home. Even during Bai Yu's heat, Liao Yan never released a trace of his pheromones to soothe him.
But later, Liao Yan suddenly changed. He was still taciturn, but he treated Bai Yu better and better.
The daily doses of pheromones and the comfort he received during his heats made Bai Yu feel happy.
Until the real Liao Yan returned to the ancestral home.
Only then did Bai Yu realize that the one who had been marking him and acting so affectionately toward him all this time was Liao Yan's twin brother, Liao Jin.
