This is probably a wild idea I had a few years ago in middle or high school. I'm putting it up so I don't forget about it.
Basically, people who are unhappy in real life find the life they want in their dreams and refuse to return to reality. This causes huge numbers of people to fall asleep in the real world, throwing society into chaos. The protagonist helps various organizations enter their dreams and bring them back to reality.

I can't remember anything more specific, but I'll work out the story properly. I promise to give every main couple a complete ending.
My writing was too immature a few years ago, so read with caution. I'll revise it when I have time!
