I'm muted, so I can only make this addendum and clarify things here. Shen He removed a reader comment on Chapter 21 that described the younger sister's reaction. I meant to show that the bottom felt nothing and only wanted the younger sister to enjoy herself. I didn't write it well, and it came across the opposite way, so I'll revise it.

I only write Ning as the top, and this story only has the bottom being weak in bed. For more, see the author's note for Chapter 23 of My Friend's Son Crossed the Line. As for the plot where Ruru is molested by her cousin, my intention was to show that irresponsible parents shouldn't just leave everything to others. They shouldn't leave their child behind and let them grow up like a neglected kid. Children should receive proper sex education, and parents should be alert to the possibility of abuse by someone they know. I wanted to write parents who aren't quite failing, but are nowhere near perfect either. I've thought about and written quite a few top characters with traumatic childhoods. Maybe I assumed that someone who grew up in those circumstances would experience something like this, but I don't think he deserved it or that it was right or normal. The cousin's wrongdoing was taking advantage of Ruru's loneliness, since she had no friends her own age. He received the punishment he deserved.
