How I Pretended to Be a Big Shot in a Kept-Man Romance, Only for the Real Author to Become My Secret Crush

Tang Zhiyu, a million-follower BL author known as Zhezhi, specializes in writing love and hate that wind through countless twists and turns.

One day, disaster struck: without consulting him, the platform bundled his beloved trilogy, worth two million yuan, and sold it for a short-form drama adaptation.

Furious, he hired Shi Zhi, a lawyer reputed to have never lost a case, to fight for his rights.

The first time he saw Shi Yan, his very first thought was:

I'm done for. The kind of person I'd always dreamed of, my ideal moonlight, has completely lost its appeal in comparison.

Forget those sunny, cheerful, simple, kind types. From today on, Shi Zhi is my type!

Three minutes into the consultation, he'd imagined a hundred parallel universes, and they'd already had a whole litter of kids.

His only worry: The man's aura is too sinister. I hope he doesn't go overboard with my case and take down the entire platform.

Then one day, he ran into his cousin downstairs at the law firm. His cousin enthusiastically promoted him:

"My cousin is the number one web-fiction author on the whole internet. He wrote I Conquered the Entire Cultivation World by Living Off Women!"

Tang Zhiyu: Help! You've got it wrong. I'm not a lowbrow, straight, male-sexist writer of harem novels!

Tang: "I can explain..."

Shi: "No need. I know you didn't write that story."

Tang: "Thank goodness..."

Shi: "Because I wrote it."

Tang: "..."

Tang: "Why don't you just slap me to death? I want to be remade from scratch."
