How can a nation's dignity be allowed to suffer disgrace? A vicious revenge, brought on by a villain's spite.
The mysteries of time and space are endless; in Seven Absolutes Valley, a great vow is born.
A refined young noble of the capital, smiling brightly in the Elegant Pavilion.
A false bride and a fake groom forge a bond, only to draw the true dragon down from the clouds.
Where there's a will, there's a way, but a moment's kindness brings disaster.
A thousand clever arts emerge from Purple Skies; just one step short of success, poison strikes the throat.
A narrow escape from death leaves a warning; beside the pear blossoms, they part with heavy hearts.
A decree from the throne falls like a bolt from the blue; three thousand favors cannot dispel her sorrow.
Fire trees and silver blossoms light the festival; in their haste, they luckily slip away for now.
Fated enemies always meet; love takes root in secret, beyond the heart's control.
Thunder rolls across still ground, stirring up a storm; may Heaven never forsake those who act with kindness.
With a clear breeze, the jade pendant descends from the celestial terrace; beneath the bright moon, she adorns herself in a golden chamber.
Amid the sound of jade flutes, a pair of phoenixes sing; then the emperor is seen lightly tracing her brows.
All right, I've finally come to post this... *trembles*.
A little while ago, I signed myself over to Jinjiang. This contract is valid for five years. When Jinjiang first introduced its VIP system, an editor approached me, but I turned them down because I wasn't under any financial pressure then. My parents provided money to support my studies and my writing.
Now I'm about to graduate from university, right in the middle of an economic crisis, when finding a job is difficult. I went to a fairly decent second-tier university, and looking back, I basically did nothing for four years but go to class and write. I don't have any special skills, and finding a job is so hard. I can't keep relying on my parents after graduation, so all I can do is hope that the one thing I'm good at, writing, can support me.
All the reasons boil down to one thing: I need money. This is my only source of income.
Thank you all for your support over the years. I've been through a lot while writing, but one important reason I've made it this far is you.
The Emperor Paints Her Brows was my first story, and it means something to me that nothing else can replace. Looking back, it's very immature, but I still love it. After it becomes a VIP story, I'll gradually post some side stories. Those interested are welcome to read them.
Since I've signed with Jinjiang, the story must be published exclusively there. Any websites or individuals that reposted it before, please take it down.

I accidentally read this article when I was in junior high school. I was really amazed by the author's writing style, characters and plot settings! I have read it over and over again, and it is one of the top 3 ancient sayings in my mind. Thank you author!
Lots of locks. What a pity
I have read it many times, it is so good, but is the author missing?
I really like this book. I read the paper version when I was in junior high school, and now I read the electronic version. I downloaded Jinjiang to read this book. I read it no less than five times. I hope to continue to publish new books. I like it. I like it. ??????????
It's a nice short article, with a touch of warmth.
Very nice, thank you! It's just a bit lengthy and a bit tiring to read, but the plot and writing are also top-notch. I look forward to better new works from the author.
That is, I just finished reading it on my mobile phone. After reading so many words, I thought I could get more. I spent 32 points to read it, but I found that not a word has been added. My 32 points and the money I spent to read three chapters were just thrown away in vain. It's sad.
I bought it in one go and read it all. It's really good to read. The writing is very good and the plot is well laid out. Hehehe
