[Blond Beauty Zhi Yanqing vs. Melancholy Sniper Xian Yu]
Blurb: A monster's tears are corrosive, like drops of acid rain.
A red moon hung high in the sky.
Zhi Yanqing lay on the stone bed in his cell. Strange mushrooms spread their mycelium around him, siphoning the supernatural power from his body.
Again and again, Zhi Yanqing jolted awake in excruciating pain, only to lose consciousness once more.
The next day, when he came to, he realized he was trapped in a dream-instance, inside an abandoned arena. The only way out was to kill every monster in the arena.
Deep down, Zhi Yanqing had a vague feeling that this dream seemed strangely familiar.
After escaping the dream-instance, Zhi Yanqing had to fulfill his duty as a guardian of the Otherkin and travel to the human world to find the treasure that could shelter his people: the Crystal Source Reactor. His Otherkin identity could easily be discovered by hostile forces, who would capture him, so he had no choice but to use a human body to blend in.
But the original owner of this body was no ordinary person. He was a doctor in the Righteous Party who had been murdered, and also the never-before-met fiance of Xian Yu (the gong).
By a twist of fate, Zhi Yanqing was sent to Xian Yu's side.
Later, Zhi Yanqing faced his second round of infinite-instance challenges, this time with Xian Yu accompanying him from start to finish.
