Half campus, half urban | Rekindled romance
She secretly loved him | He was a fun-loving guy who meant it, but was let down
Later, a friend asked him, "You keep your distance from everyone. Did you ever get involved with someone you shouldn't have?"
He smiled and told them, "No. Just some silly, awful woman who came after me."
"And then?"
"Then she kicked me to the curb."

He had hated his dad's illegitimate son ever since he was little. But the illegitimate son and his mother were kept elsewhere, out of his sight, so they didn't affect him much. That was, until high school, when the illegitimate son was brought home and started at the same school as him.
When he threw parties at home, the person who was technically his younger brother would be in his room doing homework with his girlfriend. The girl in their school uniform would quietly make her way through the crowd each time, then quietly leave.
Later, he realized his younger brother was quite the player. Even though he had a girlfriend, he didn't keep his distance from other girls, and new rumors about him surfaced every so often.
He wondered what that poor official girlfriend was thinking. Despite all this, she still hadn't asked to break up and kept coming over to his house every so often. Was she really that attached to him?
She didn't look happy.
So, the umpteenth time she sat in the garden looking downcast, he went over and jokingly suggested, "Instead of sitting here feeling miserable all by yourself, why don't you pretend to cheat on him with me? Maybe then he'll regret it."
He hadn't expected her to hesitate for just three seconds before looking at him with red-rimmed eyes and saying, "All right. But I've never cheated before. What do you think we should do?"
He swallowed the word "pretend." "Obviously, whatever's the most exciting."
What he didn't know was that
that very night, she messaged his younger brother: It's done! Thanks for playing along all this time. So happy, so happy, so happy (o^^o)
Reading guide:
1v1, both leads are each other's first
The male lead still seems sunny on the surface, but is actually a brocon
The female lead is a silly beauty
Same tastes as my other novel, "Kisses Only Today" (I'm heavily hinting here)
(I haven't settled on the leads' names, and the title was chosen at random. I'll revise the blurb before I start posting.)
Theme: Long live youth
