He is the most ominous Gu Xuegu evil spirit in Miao territory. The skin and flesh of those who touch him will ulcerate, and people in the village avoid him like a god of plague. Yin Ci only believes in two things in his life - Gu Shu will not betray, and people will eventually leave.
Until that wet young man knocked on his door on a rainy night.
Xie Feng held a roll of ancient books wrapped in oilcloth and said that he was here to decipher the text. Yin Ci didn't believe it, so he locked him up in a bamboo building, fed him with poison blood, trapped him, and forced him to translate every word. He thought it was imprisonment, and thought that Xie Feng would eventually run away in a hurry like everyone else.
Xie Feng didn't. Xie Feng used gauze to wrap his ulcerated palms when the poison occurred, and fed his blood into his mouth one by one. Then he sat on the bedside and read the ancient book to him word by word: "... The poison's blood nemesis, uses the body to lead, and those who harbor its poison will eat their own hearts."
Only then did Yin Ci know that Xie Feng had guessed that this book contained the method to cure the poison before coming to Miao territory. He came specially to save him.
The last page of the ancient book reads: To resolve the poison, the poison owner must be willing to drink the poison-breaking soup. When Yin Ci picked up the bowl, Xie Feng rushed to grab it, but he grabbed the back of the neck with one hand and said warmly: "Xie Feng, I will drink the book you translated."
He is no imprisoned white rabbit. He was the one who walked in with the antidote himself.
