In the summer of 2020, Neymar finally lifted the World Cup. To celebrate, a TV station made a program about him, and it became one of Brazil's highest-rated shows. After a while, World Cup fever gradually died down, until one day in October when an account uploaded a video titled: Why didn't Ney continue talking here?

The post caused an uproar because one comment beneath it came from a die-hard fan. The comment read: Haha, Neymar, even after all these years, you still don't want to talk about this.

That cryptic comment made people curious, and the video, just over ten seconds long, racked up hundreds of millions of views in a few days. In it, Neymar, dressed in a casual suit, tells stories about his past disappointments. He's relaxed, witty, handsome, and charming, with years of experience giving him a mature air.

Except at one moment, when he suddenly stops, his composure at odds with his easy laughter. Then he looks away and moves on to the next question. If not for the post, people would never have noticed that strange second.

Of course,

They also wouldn't have noticed the complicated emotions in those beautiful amber eyes.

In the end, they found a photograph.

Back then, Neymar still had short, tousled hair. Lean and sharp-featured, he wore a bright yellow jersey, glittering diamond studs in his ears, and a defiant expression. He had one arm wrapped tightly around a girl.

A bright blue bandage was wrapped around the boy's wrist. The girl, looking shy, leaned against him and timidly flashed a peace sign at the camera.

2. The heroine has little sense of shame or gender, and is naturally absent-minded. She is born both pure and wicked, and feels intense adoration and admiration for the hero. The hero needs her dependence to feel emotionally secure, and does everything he can to love and protect her, clearing away every obstacle in their path.
