Overworked rookie novelist x top-tier singer | A lover who takes the lead | Both leads are virgins, happy ending
On the day her new book was published, Tan Shun met up with a friend at Cafe 21. After finally finding a seat, someone suddenly accused her of being a sasaeng fan.
They were looking at her book, yet calling her a sasaeng? The world's gone mad!
She looked up in indignation, and beneath the black baseball cap was a familiar face.
Wasn't that Bai Jingyi?!
After they cleared up the misunderstanding, she hurried out of the cafe. In that moment, the 90-point top-tier idol dropped to an 80.

Bai Jingyi is the leader of the band CAMPUS, a sudden breakout star in the Chinese entertainment industry. With his flawless looks, the skills of a professional singer, and the rare, boyish innocence he's managed to retain, he's become the band's runaway most popular member.
The company's most successful marketing image for him is that he loves reading. At the airport, in backstage lounges, and in his luxury penthouse, he can always be seen with a book in hand.
Haters: What a poser. Just waiting for him to get exposed!
Longtime fans know that Bai Jingyi's favorite author is a newcomer named Yechuan.

After that misunderstanding, Bai Jingyi keeps running into the girl he suspects is a sasaeng. He's increasingly convinced he can drop the word "suspected," until the day of Yechuan's new-book signing.
His manager has just returned the signed book and the postcard he never managed to give away when the girl shows up again.
They call her "Yechuan."
After closing the car door, Bai Jingyi checks his phone and discovers that a hashtag has shot to the top of the trending list and stayed there.
#Yechuan, female author
He looks through the photos on Yechuan's social media account again and again, but there's not a trace of her.
Then he switches to Doubao and types a few words into the chat: I mistook my favorite author for a sasaeng fan
then deletes "sasaeng fan."
[What do I do if I thought my favorite author was a man?]
