In Yong'an Alley, east of Gusu City, there is a general store called Years' Watch.
Its owner is Xie Qinghe, a seventeen-year-old boy.
Xie Qinghe was born able to see spirits and monsters that ordinary people cannot. He also witnessed humans driving them away and harming them.
In secret, he turned the back half of his store into a shelter, giving displaced spirits and monsters with nowhere to go a place to stay.
A general store, a lamp that never goes out: it welcomes ordinary mortals and offers refuge to the nonhuman beings from every corner of the world.
Theme: Every living being in this world deserves to be treated with kindness.
