Oliver Queen, aka Green Arrow, is bound to a mysterious Cupid System as his world stands on the brink of destruction.
The System tells him that his arrows can no longer hurt enemies, but they can make one person fall madly in love with another. He can strengthen this ability by writing fanfiction and shipping characters to earn energy points. If he completes enough missions and collects enough love points, he can ultimately save his Earth. The missions, it turns out, take place in different periods of time across the multiverse.
Oliver: Will it work on anyone?
System: If your ability is strong enough, yes, dear.
Oliver: Take me to the Gotham mission.
System: Batman is the most popular character, and SuperBat is a beloved ship. Host, you have made an absolutely wonderful choice
Then the System watched Oliver draw his bow and nock an arrow.
And aim it at the villains.
System: ???

That day in Gotham, Batman was beating up criminals as usual when, in the middle of a fight, he suddenly saw the criminals start kissing in front of him.

That day in Gotham, citizens discovered a mysterious writing account had appeared online.
"Poor Joker. Born with a pale face and green on his head, he is like a little flower adrift in Gotham, battered by every storm..."
Gotham's citizens were stunned: ???

And so, the multiverse was thrown into turmoil.

The superheroes: Oliver, please stop. We're begging you...
Oliver: Beg all you want, it won't help!
He shoots his arrows with a flourish and leaves with a flourish, leaving behind a group of supervillains lost in a haze of pink hearts and no longer interested in causing trouble, along with a group of superheroes who look thunderstruck and shell-shocked.
Oliver: Saving the world again today! ^^
[Reader's Guide]
1. The author was on mushrooms when they came up with this premise.
2. Just kidding, I wasn't on mushrooms. I'm just not a particularly serious person.
3. I'll start posting after I finish Supreme Sorcerer Clark and spend some time building up a stockpile of chapters.
4. Since neither the protagonist nor the superheroes have a pairing, and the supervillains' relationships are part of the plot, this is currently categorized as no-cp. If there is significant controversy, I'll move it to multiverse.
