1. My take on cultivation. Lots of original worldbuilding, with a lightly ensemble cast.

2. Plenty of flashbacks and introspection from the leads. The hero has a vivid imagination and secretly delights in his fantasies. He’s completely love-struck.

3. Calling the heroine honest doesn’t mean she’s timid or submissive. It means she’s dutiful and conscientious, and not much of a schemer.

4. The hero will never be stronger than the heroine.

1. The hero is Zou Chunxue, an innocent virgin and staunch heterosexual. The ending is one-on-one.

2. All the male supporting characters are virgins. One is bisexual and is turned straight by the heroine.

3. A male supporting character will try to force the heroine to be his.

4. There are powerful, privileged men among the supporting characters. They are bad people, and the author will kill them off.

5. The hero is rather weak early on, but will grow stronger later.

6. There are no depictions of intimacy between men in this novel.
