Three million years ago, a star fell from beyond the heavens, tearing the continent apart. From then on, mortals awakened star power, divided into seven attributes: Eternity, Annihilation, Instant Truth, Fusion, Cangyue, Jihai, and Chuanzhe.
Fleeing to Tianxing, Song Hanyi encounters Qi Sui amid the turning of fate. Together, they gather companions and stand side by side to protect their homeland through one trial after another, each more desperate than the last.
Until the truth is laid bare: the starfall that rewrote civilization was an unknown wager made by the gods, with the lives of all living beings as their stakes.
The young heroes resolve to overturn the gods' chessboard, and ultimately the Fruit of Life turns against divine authority.
The game ends, the outcome is set. The world's causes and effects are intertwined, and all living things return to eternity, shining forever.
Wielding star power as a blade, they stake the fate of all life and overturn the web of cause and effect laid out by the gods.
