Damian thinks the new transfer student is a lunatic.
One day, after a mission, Robin had the Joker tied up like a bundle and was just about to dump him at Arkham when the transfer student showed up.
The transfer student held a bouquet of flowers, his baby face youthful and harmless. Behind him lay a string of muggers, battered and bruised, with blood spattered across his forehead.
“Dear Damian, we met just yesterday. Shouldn't we go on a date today?”
Damian: ?
Has Gotham got another lunatic?
Damian looked into the transfer student's background: identity unknown, past unknown, and by their second meeting, the transfer student had already figured out that he was a vigilante.
The next day, the transfer student began pursuing him in a thoroughly thuggish fashion.
His antics included, but were not limited to: elbowing the Riddler so he'd want to confess in riddles, tracking down the Mad Hatter and asking him to kidnap him so he could create a chance for a hero to save the damsel in distress, and getting the Joker to set off fireworks with bombs to make up for Gotham's lack of a summer fireworks festival...
The people of Arkham were at their wits' end. They even came to Damian, the vigilante, begging him to take the transfer student away.
Damian: .
At least when it came to this, he was happy to see blood run in the streets :)
For a while, Damian wanted to send the transfer student to Arkham. Unfortunately, the guy was only crazy when it came to him. With ordinary people, he actually knew where to draw the line.
Good-morning, good-afternoon, and good-night check-ins, mysterious homemade bento deliveries, and a knack for showing up the moment Damian was alone.
Warnings fell on deaf ears, and there was no escaping him. In the end, Damian resigned himself to it.
Fine. He'd just gained a shadow.
Until one day, his shadow suddenly vanished without a trace. Damian searched all over Gotham and couldn't find a single hair of him.
Just as he was about to look for him in other cities, the shadow reappeared.
Damian was both furious and delighted. He grabbed him and demanded to know where he'd been.
The shadow answered as if it were obvious: “I heard that absence makes the heart grow fonder!”
Damian: ...
He laughed in exasperation. He'd never been this speechless in his life.

Dorick, Damian's number-one fan, had one goal upon arriving in Gotham: get a new identity, break into the League of Assassins to rescue Damian, and play the bishonen-raising game.
Good news: With his maxed-out combat skills, Dorick quickly secured a suitable identity.
Bad news: Damian in this world was the reverse age order, so the plan was ruined.
But... no problem! If he couldn't raise him, he'd stick close to him! He could still activate Plan B!
Dorick quickly arranged to transfer schools, ready to admire (stalk) his favorite person up close on campus.
Two days later, when Dorick saw Damian: the sky was blue, the clouds were white, his heart was racing, and even Damian's mysterious mop of hair looked sexy.
Dorick changed his tune on the spot: Plans have changed. I'm going to date Damian!
【Extra scene】
After dates, having each other's backs in dangerous situations, and a series of other events involving coercion and conquest (?), Damian decided it was time to bring him home and talk marriage.
He picked a good day, pulled out a dazzling diamond on the Batmobile, and waited for Dorick to be moved.
Dorick frowned. “You haven't even confessed to me. We're not together yet, so how are we supposed to get married?”
Damian: ?

Damian x Dorick.
1. My take on a reverse age-order timeline. You don't need to know the original work to enjoy this.
2. Dorick seems to be pursuing Damian, but actually causes chaos for everyone. He's a pure-hearted romantic with a thing for grand gestures (?).
3. I hope you enjoy reading.
