Calling this hero an aloof beauty would be an understatement, yet he keeps following Meng Yungui around, insisting that Meng liked him before losing his memory.
He puts it subtly, but every word implies that Meng Yungui was the one who pursued him.
At first, Meng Yungui doesn't believe him.
Amnesia trope, not sweet. The top has to chase his wife through hell, while the bottom's self-redemption is incomplete.
