Enjoy a wild, bizarre, and fantastical tale of Lovecraftian fiction!
(Major revisions in progress. Locking this for now. I'll post each chapter as soon as it's revised!)
Yu Ziyue was forced to bind herself to a restaurant game and transmigrate to another world.
The kind where you can't go home until you beat the game.
So Yu Ziyue diligently got to work grinding away at the restaurant game.
Who could have guessed the game would get stranger and stranger?
First, all the ingredients changed beyond recognition. Then the customers started getting weirder and weirder.
The game had more and more bugs, and the System became less and less useful.
With tigers in front and wolves behind, everyone was eyeing her life hungrily.
She had no choice but to enter survival mode in the game and fight her way through anyone in her path.

In just one short year, humanity went from global natural disasters to an invasion of other species, and came to the brink of extinction.
Unable to reclaim their home, they were even added to the invading species' menus.
Despair spread through everyone's hearts.
After several years, the humans surviving by the skin of their teeth on the Devil's Farm managed to carve out a safe zone with what little strength they had.
But then a food truck suddenly appeared at the farm's center, selling normal food.
Humanity, long since out of supplies, had found hope.
As long as they had food, they could survive.
Who could have imagined that, as the food truck grew step by step, they'd be eating hamburgers today, dumplings tomorrow, steak the day after, and hot pot the day after that...
As they ate, they discovered that the restaurant owner's ingredients were actually failed evolutions of monsters.
Charge...! Let's gather ingredients for the boss and make something delicious!
For the first time, humanity gained tremendous confidence in killing monsters.
If you wipe out a species, you might as well turn it into food (not really).
P.S.
1. A couple on opposing sides: they start by trying to kill each other, then fall in love. Literally trying to kill each other!
2. My writing is amateurish, and this is my take on a restaurant-management sim. It's not your typical restaurant-management story: it contains Lovecraftian and other sanity-draining elements, my own worldbuilding, and possibly a lot of fighting. The setting is pretty big, so it needs to be laid out bit by bit.
3. The original hook really hasn't changed! It's still the same hook, but my worldbuilding is just too big! That's why it feels like there's so much going on. If you ask why, it's because my writing skills aren't up to the task, but I'm writing this very seriously!
