[Soul Land / Jian Wang 3] So You’re a Tang Sect Disciple?

The Tang clans of Shu are locked in strife, while hidden currents surge toward the nine heavens.

Needles and barbs tug at every finger; a storm of shooting stars turns heaven and earth upside down.

Fresh from a mission, Tang Jingyu was still humming as he polished his Phoenix-Tail Hidden Weapon when, after turning his head, he stumbled upon an extraordinary encounter and got a new lease on life in another world.

Tang Jingyu: Well, that's a sudden change.

Never mind the unpaid wages. The real shame was that he hadn't had time to install a rocket launcher under the sect leader's wheelchair.

What a pity. Such a pity.

With this faint sense of melancholy, Tang Jingyu began his life in the new world.

He was lucky with his new birth, growing up at ease until the age of fourteen, when one day he suddenly heard someone mention the words "Tang Sect."

Tang Jingyu raised an eyebrow. "Wow."

He touched the mask on his face and watched these so-called "fellow disciples" with interest. In the end, though, he reached a conclusion that was deeply disappointing.

So this Tang Sect wasn't that Tang Sect after all. (Disappointed.)

He soon tossed this little episode to the back of his mind.

It was another two years before he saw them again. Holding his Chi-Head Hidden Weapon, Tang Jingyu tilted his head to take aim, then smiled from afar at the people opposite him. "So you're the Tang Sect?"

I looked around and couldn't find anyone who'd written this, so here's a little idea I had.

Not sure if Cannon Bro has a pairing. If he does, it definitely won't be Tang San, so I'll tag it as multi-fandom for now.

Cannon Bro's martial soul has two forms: Phoenix-Tail Hidden Weapon / Chi-Head Hidden Weapon

Theme: My surname is Tang.
