Borrowing a Lamp from Afar

I would like to ask what kind of feelings Huo has towards the heroine, why he acquiesces to Song's harm to the heroine, but then helps the heroine, and why the little girl chose to trust the heroine and live with her when she didn't see the online comments about the heroine. On the night when the hero's child died, why did the heroine ask the hero to take her to the hospital instead of taking a taxi herself (I hope I understand correctly), I look forward to the author's answer~
