How Can We Possibly Be Rescued After Turning into Cats?

I've been very busy lately, so it's been a long time since I last updated. On top of that, when I first started writing this story, I didn't have a particularly clear idea of its overall structure. I only had a few scenes I really wanted to write, and wasn't sure how to handle the rest. After thinking it over carefully, I realized there was a lot I hadn't figured out yet. So recently, I've gone back and reworked the story, and now I've outlined its detailed framework. Looking at my earlier writing from where I am now, I realize it was incredibly childish and really bad, nothing like what someone my age should be writing. It feels like something an elementary school student wrote. Anyway, I've given myself a serious think-over.

Basically, I'm going to rewrite it, so I've locked the current version.

I got completely carried away by my own idea back then and had no idea what I was writing. Now I realize how stupid I was. The old title was Cat Rescue Mission. Oh, honestly, it was so clumsy (`Δ´)!

Of course, there will still be no CP and no romantic tension of any kind, just comedy. I think Natalie should show up after she's been rescued later on. I think it's better to let little Nana rest for a while, because I really can't write her scenes. So the only ones who turn into cats are the four police academy classmates. I might add Miyano Akemi later, but if she appears, she'll have very few scenes too, since she lives with Shiho and her story doesn't involve Jiang Jiang.

The four deceased police academy classmates, plus little Nana, who died for love, open their eyes again only to find themselves locked in a cage, and turned into cats!!!

Once they figure out that they're on a plane and identify the cats around them, things get even weirder, okay?

Then, in the corner, they spot a sleeping cat who looks remarkably like their last police academy classmate.

The cats: So you fell for it too, Furuya/young Furuya/Zero?

(Heartbroken)

After landing and following their current owner to their destination, they discover that they're in Beika Town.

After seeing Zero:

The cats: Wow, good thing Furuya/young Furuya/Zero didn't end up like us.

But then the other three cats: Furuya/young Furuya, how did you end up like this? Young Furuya!

Hiro the cat, who's used to it: Zero's acting has gotten even better, hasn't it? (smile) (childhood-friend filter)

Nana the cat: Wow, Wataru, is this the last police academy classmate you mentioned before? But he kind of looks like Mr. Morofushi and Mr. Hagiwara!

Meanwhile, Jiang Jiang: I'm losing it. How did I end up here?! Damn it, Xianyu, you said I was here to help you move. How did this happen?

Bai Yueyu: How would I know?! (crying)

The real cat Zero: Does nobody care about me?

Anyway, it's about little Jiang Jiang and the cat versions of the four police academy classmates transmigrating through time to save themselves.

The police academy group gets the most focus; almost everyone else has very few scenes.

There are a few elements I've made up!

No CP, no CP, no CP, no CP, and no romantic scenes. Everyone's relationship is platonic.

The author is quite busy, so updates may come once every one or two weeks. During long holidays, they might come every two or three days. But in another two or three months, I may not have time to update, so there could be a longer gap. If that bothers you, please be aware before reading (｡ˇεˇ｡)

Also, this is my first time writing a story, so it may not be very good, but I'll do my best to keep the characters in character.
